The Terms and Conditions
Feeling Peachy is moving from Fee for Service to Fixed fee. Which means that our fee for service price will be increasing. From 01/08/2016 we will be increasing our casual rate to $120/per 75 min session. We want all our regular clients to be able to continue to access great massage at awesome prices and the times that they want so we’re inviting you to move over to our Fixed fee service.
How do I pay?
It’s just like a gym membership, but for massage (something you actually WANT to use). We will bill you on the 15th of each month for your massage session. We use the Ezidebit direct debit payment solution so your details are secure.
What if I need to cancel or rebook my appointment?
If you need to cancel, we’ll do our best to find you a new time in the same billing month. If we can’t find a new time that works, we’ll “carry over” your massage into the next month. If you have 2 carry over massages, we’ll suspend your payments until you have used your banked appointments.
YAY! You’re going on holiday! If that means that you will miss your regularly scheduled massage no probs at all. Just let us know 2 weeks before you’re going and we will suspend your billing (so you’re not charged while you’re away) and then when you’re home, we can get back into the swing of things.
Cancelling your Membership.
Life happens, we get it. Things change and sometimes you might realise that a regular massage just isn’t for you anymore. We have our “no hard feelings” cancellation policy which means that you can cancel at any time if you think the Membership isnt working for you. All we require from you is 2 weeks notice and we can cancel your membership.
What do you mean “price locked in for 12 months”?
When you join as a Family member Member your price is locked in at the agreed 2016 price. At the 12 month renewal we will let you know if there will be a price increase.
